WARNING: It is a legal requirement that wine may only be ordered, purchased or delivered to persons 18 years or older.

The currency of transactions is Australian Dollars only.

ARRIVO's on-line order system uses secure socket layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption for credit card processing.

ARRIVO WINE dispatches wines from Adelaide as soon as is possible, and within 7 working days of receipt of pre-payment of your order. Our major and preferred carrier is Australia Post’s dedicated wine handling service. Our standard terms are FOB unless otherwise arranged, and this is stated on all invoices which are prepared prior to payment for, and dispatch of wine. Optional insurance for full-replacement value of the wine is available at 2% (inclusive of GST) of the wine value. When the insurance option is taken, ARRIVO WINE will dispatch replacement wine as soon as practical after receiving proof that the original shipment was lost or damaged, and ARRIVO WINE will refund the cost of returning damaged stock to Adelaide.

ARRIVO WINE is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 regarding the manner in which it collects, handles, uses, stores and deals with personal information.

ARRIVO WINE is committed to, and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that any information we hold about you is kept secure. ARRIVO WINE also takes all reasonable steps to ensure that our employees and contractors maintain the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. You should notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of information that you have provided to us, or any other breach of security. However, ARRIVO WINE does not accept responsibility for any consequences of the unauthorised access to your information.

What information do we gather about you?

The amount of information we collect depends on your use of our website. The only personal data we collect is what you tell us about yourself, and might include;

How to access, correct or update your information?

If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information ARRIVO WINE is holding about you, you may request a copy of that information by contacting us at arrivo@arrivo.com.au We will endeavour to provide you with the information requested within ten working days. If after viewing your information would like to correct, update or have your information deleted, then please inform us in writing of your required changes.
